Clean. I was given a clean room. The hotel had a restaurant the prices were good and I was served quickly and politely. The prices were great.The night manager looked for a bus ticket for me and even went to the bus station to get me a ticket. He also gave me a shuttle ride to the bus station and helped me to the correct station and arranged a helper to assist me on the bus.
Excellent attention. Comfortable but rooms are small.
Es un hotel cálido, sus trabajadores dan un excelente servicio y te atienden al momento. el detalle es que su wifi no es muy bueno o al menos en la habitación que me tocó a mi no alcanzaba la red muy bien, no estaba muy bien comunicada y no podía abrir muchas aplicaciones. Se encuentra en una buena ubicación y puedes llegar caminando de la central al hotel. Los precios de los alimentos se me hicieron altos considerando el tipo de alimento y aparte te cobraban por llevarlo a la habitación.

Wonderful, clean, safe. low key place. Walking distance to food, bus and entertainment. Will return. Its economical, with excellent wifi service.
We needed a paper copy of our bus ticket since we bought it online. In order change our departure time on the bus. . A staff person passing by overheard us asking for directions to the Hotel and directed us in the right direction. The staff went above and beyond in order to make a copy for us. When we asked the cost for the copy they said no charge. If we ever need to stay overnight in Aguascalientes we will stay in Hotel Elizabeth Central.
